The Low Pressure Die casting machine are mainly for brass alloy and zinc alloy metal products, especially on faucets, valve bodies and sanitary fittings and accessories. To fulfill the different capacity requirement of customers, we have1-manipulator and 2-manipulators models for customer options.

Low-pressure casting equipment is generally composed of main engine, hydraulic system, holding furnace, liquid pressure device, electrical control system and casting cooling system.
1.The low-pressure casting main machine is generally composed of mold closing mechanism, static mold core pulling mechanism, frame, casting ejection mechanism, parts taking mechanism, safety limit mechanism and other parts.
2.The heat preservation furnace mainly has the crucible type heat preservation furnace and the melting pool type heat preservation furnace two kinds.There are two types of crucible, graphite crucible and cast iron crucible.The melting pool type heat preservation furnace adopts the overall knotting process of refractory materials in the furnace chamber, and the silicon carbon rod radiation heating and heat preservation, which has the characteristics of large capacity, long service life and simple maintenance, and is extremely beneficial to the continuous production requirements, and is widely used by the modern low-pressure casting machine.
There are two kinds of connection between the heat preservation furnace and the main machine: fixed connection type and lifting and moving type.
3.The lifting pipe is a channel for diversion and shrinkage, which is sealed and connected with the crucible lid in a removable way to form a sealed container under pressure.Under the action of process pressure, the metal liquid is filled and solidified by the rising liquid pipe.When the pressure is relieved, the unsolidified alloy liquid falls back to the crucible through the riser, so it is very important to correctly design and use the low-pressure casting riser.
4.Low pressure casting, the key to obtain good casting is to correctly control the filling and pressurizing of the casting mold.According to the requirements of different castings, the liquid level pressure system should be able to be adjusted arbitrarily within the range of process parameters, the work should be stable and reliable, the structure should be convenient for maintenance.
