Ⅰ ABOUT LOW PRESSURE DIE CASTING MACHINE

In low pressure casting process molten metal is filled directly from the holding or casting furnace into the dies and sand mould from below, with low turbulence and an absolutely controlled filled casting process.

Low pressure die casting machines for brass for the casting of sanitary fittings, faucets, water meter or valve bodies.

To fulfill the different capacity requirements, a full range of machines with one or two manipulators and one, two or three riser tubes can be supplied. We deliver the machines with freely programmable Siemens control.

Ⅱ ADVANTAGES OF SINGLE MANIPULATORS LOW PRESSURE DIE CASTING MACHINE

Fully automatic machine on a single steel frame with one manipulator mounted on a linear transfer device and one furnace for the cost-effective production of high-quality casting products.

1) Capacity per shift (8 hours): approx. 380 castings.

2) This machine with its automatic operation of the complete low pressure die casting process is suitable for the production of thin-walled, bulky and high-volume castings with a very short die changing time.
