CHARACTERISTIC

• In low pressure casting process molten metal is filled directly from the holding or casting furnace into the dies and sand mould from below, with low turbulence and an absolutely controlled filled casting process.

• Low pressure die casting machines for brass for the casting of sanitary fittings, faucets, water meter or valve bodies.

• To fulfill the different capacity requirements, a full range of machines with one or two manipulators and one, two or three riser tubes can be supplied. We deliver the machines with freely programmable siemens control.

2-Manipulators

Fully automatic machine with two manipulators mounted on a rotary turning device and one furnace for the cost-effective production of high-quality casting products.

1) Capacity per shift (8 hours): approx. 760 castings

2) Fully automation of the low-pressure die-casting process, short mold change time and flexible application, which is very suitable for mass casting production;

3) Specifications

· 2 manipulators on a rotary device, operated independently. Operating Parameters can be edited independently. Two       manipulators either work at the same time; or one set changes the die, or the other set is under maintenance.

· Manually setting of the cores

· Max die dimensions: 600 x400x240 mm
