Warranty Coverage
Warranty Replacement Process
- All warranty claims must be submitted promptly within the applicable warranty period
- Claims must include product serial number, shipment date, and detailed description of the issue
- Written authorization required before returning any products for repair
- Products must be returned prepaid via approved transportation methods
- DZ reserves the right to determine cause and nature of failure
- Customer responsible for damage from improper packing or handling during return
Limited Warranty Terms
- 12-month warranty against defects in material and workmanship from shipment date
- DZ's liability limited to repair, replacement, or equitable refund at company's discretion
- Expendable items in normal use not covered by warranty
- Warranty covers equipment malfunctions traceable to original material or workmanship defects
- Warranty void in case of abuse, accident, alteration, misuse, or neglect
- Replaced or repaired parts carry warranty only for remaining warranty period
- After warranty expiration, charges apply for parts, labor, duties, and transportation
