1. The main electrical control system adopts 6-axes DZ servo CNC system control (main control screen capture positioning, coordinate digital setting, speed digital setting, software over travel protection, program function modularization, simple idiot style programming, etc.)
In mechanical structure, servo motor is used to drive the worm reducer gear to control the motion of the polishing unit head and workpiece (U, V, W axial direction) and the servo motor drives the slide table (X, Y, Z axial).
