- Polishing pressure and wear compensation control: When polishing cloth wheel wears out, system detects torque reduction and automatically compensates in all directions
- Linear speed compensation: When outer diameter of cloth wheel reduces, system automatically increases speed for compensation
- Program setting for polishing wax application: Free setting of wax spraying time and frequency according to product characteristics; choice of solid wax or liquid wax
- Full digital control with capacity to store 50 programs; programs can be saved and invoked at any time

- DZ warrants that under normal circumstances, upon receipt of customer's after-sales service requirements (with fault description attached), DZ will respond to equipment failure, diagnosis and troubleshooting within 4 hours by phone, fax or email
- DZ provides after-sales service free of charge within warranty period
- Within warranty period, DZ responds within 4 hours upon receiving notice from user, and personnel come to site for maintenance within 12 hours for problems that cannot be solved by buyer
- Free repair or replacement of faulty parts within 5 working days
- During training period in end-user's site, end-user is responsible for DZ technician's daily accommodation
- All above services and vulnerable parts free replacement included under warranty

- DZ provides training service to end-user in different stages: equipment operation, maintenance and upgrades
- Buyer must cooperate with training
- Through training, buyer masters basic principles and debugging methods of equipment, gaining ability to use, maintain, operate and handle faults
