The DZ-BT-PL800 is a heavy-duty bridge type CNC polishing machine purpose-built for the plumbing and valve manufacturing industry. Its rigid bridge structure with a powerful 11 kW spindle handles the weight and size of industrial valve bodies, large pipe fittings, flanges, and plumbing components up to 800mm in diameter.
The heavy cast iron bed with 2000 kg load capacity maintains geometric stability during aggressive polishing operations on brass, bronze, stainless steel, and cast iron workpieces. The CNC controller supports multi-step polishing programs — from rough grinding through to mirror finishing — with automatic tool change for uninterrupted operation. HIWIN guides and SCHNEIDER electrical components ensure industrial-grade reliability for continuous production.
