The DZ-RC-SF600 sets the benchmark for industrial polishing safety. This fully enclosed robotic polishing cell features a comprehensive safety architecture built around SCHNEIDER electrical components, including a safety-rated PLC (PL e / SIL 3), Type 4 light curtains at all access points, and a dual-channel redundant emergency stop circuit that exceeds ISO 13849-1 requirements.
Beyond safety, the cell delivers precision robotic polishing with a 6-axis industrial robot arm, automatic tool changing, and integrated dust extraction. The transparent polycarbonate enclosure provides full process visibility while containing all polishing particulates. Pre-programmed safety validation routines run on every startup, ensuring all safety devices are functional before production begins.
