Built on a rigid cast iron base with HIWIN linear guides, the machine maintains geometric accuracy through extended production runs. The CNC controller supports complex 3D polishing paths for contoured automotive parts including engine covers, intake manifolds, exhaust tips, and decorative trim. Optional through-tool coolant delivery enables wet polishing for heat-sensitive materials.
